Family owned and operated, we have been in business for over 35 years. Our rental properties are primarily located in Grand Prairie, Irving, Arlington, and West Dallas.

As a licensed automobile dealer, classic restorable cars are the main automobiles offered for sale.

J.G. Perry, who started Perry & Associates, began in real estate as a salesman in 1957 and loved placing families in their own homes. In his real estate experiences he realized not all could buy a house and saw a real need for houses for families even if they could not afford to buy one.

In 1969 he was able to buy his first house and started the business of property management. As he continued adding houses to this business J.G.'s goal was to be able to supply a home for individuals who had a need.

He worked toward this goal until 1980 when he became ill. His son and daughter took over the business and continued toward the same goal until his death in 2001.

His son, Howard Perry, and daughter, Renee Perry Chiles, continue the running of the business with the help of their mother, Betty, and Renee's children, Candace and Mac Chiles. We are fortunate to be a true family business where ethics and hard work are our goals.
